Third Party Payment Processing
Crumb Bites (Crumb Bites’ Solutions) uses Paywise Limited to accept Payments for debit and credit card options. Paywise limited is an electronic money issuer registered with the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago. A transaction fee of 3.5% + $3.00 will be charged per transaction.
Online Bank Transfers
We Crumb Bites (Crumb Bites’ Solutions) uses Scotia Bank Trinidad & Tobago as our preferred bank for online payment transactions. All payments made must be accompanied by an uploaded payment receipt after checkout in order to be processed. After the payment has been cleared in our account, we will schedule the order for delivery.
Delivery
We Crumb Bites (Crumb Bites’ Solutions utilizes a delivery courier service to handle our deliveries. Delivery times range between 2 to 4 days and 7-9 days to Tobago after the courier picks up the package. For order cancellations please contact us directly at your earliest! Delivery cancellations already dispatched will be charged the cost of the delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of items with their relation to food application, all sales are final and we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for them. UNLESS there is a manufacturer’s defect. All faulty items to be returned must be brought to our attention within 5 business days after receipt.
In-Store Pick-up Orders
Crumb Bites (Crumb Bites’ Solutions will ONLY facilitate SAME DAY pick-up orders. ALL Pick-up orders will require at least one (1) hour processing time.
Stock Inavailibility
Inventory that are presently out of stock, will be displayed on this website. However, if this is not shown at the time of purchase, there is still a possiblility that the product may be unavailable.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your Account, You may simply discontinue using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of this Website or reliance on any information provided on this Website
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
