Handling:
WARNING – Keep out of reach of children. Choking hazard. Extremely hot when melted and can burn skin on contact. For protection, wear heat-proof gloves and long sleeves.
MELTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Microwave: Place Isomelts in a microwave safe cup (e.g. silicone). Melt in 20 second intervals until liquid and bubbles form. Careful, container may be hot.
Stovetop: Place Isomelts in a pot over low to medium heat. Stir gently as the nibs begin to melt. Do not overheat.
ONCE MELTED: Pour into heat proof silicone molds to create fun cake toppers or lollipops. For more unique shapes, pour over a silicone mat that is over a heat-proof surface. As it cools, shape with hands or tools as desired.
Storage:
Tightly reseal pouch immediately after use.
Store finished creations in an airtight container, at ambient temperature away from direct sunlight. If you live in a humid environment, place a food safe desiccant pouch inside the airtight container. Do not store in the refrigerator or freezer, the condensation will break down the isomalt.
