Storage
Store sealed airtight at ambient temperature between 68°F and 80°F (20°C and 27°C).
Handling
Use electric mixer with paddle or hand mixer with beaters. Per 1lb. (454g.) Icing Mix, 4Tbsp (57g.) softened butter & 1 Tbsp (14g.) cool water.
Add icing mix and butter to mixing bowl
Mix at medium speed for 1-2 minutes until butter is incorporated, scrape sides as necessary.
Mix at low/medium speed, slowly add water until blended. Continue to mix another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
