Delivery & Cancellation
We utilize a delivery courier service to better serve you. Supplies are shipped nationwide, including to our interisland state.
Delivery times range between 2 to 4 days and 7 to 9 days to Tobago after being picked up by the courier (weekends included).
Deliveries will be scheduled, only after payment is confirmed. All order cancellations must be made before courier pick-up. After an order is booked, it is likely to be picked up within 24 to 72 hours maximum. Once the order has been picked up by the courier and a delivery cost applied, order cancellations will be charged the cost of the delivery. However, if an order is already out for delivery, this would be beyond the timeline to allow for a reasonable cancellation, and therefore will result in further additional charges.
Stock Inavailibility
Inventory that are presently out of stock will be shown on this site. However if this is not shown at the time of purchase, there is still a possibility that the product may be unavailable. Orders that cannot or partly be fulllfilled will be issued a refund or placed on backorder depending on the item.
Disclaimer
While every effort is made to utilize a reliable and efficient Courier Service to handle our deliveries, Crumb Bites (Crumb Bites’ Solutions) will not hold the responsibility for deliveries that are deemed untimely by our customers, nor shall any customer be compensated monetarily or otherwise for any distress caused by the courier in this regard.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of items with their relation to food application, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for them. UNLESS there is a manufacturer’s defect. All faulty items to be returned, must be brought to our attention within 5 business days after receipt. Upon receiving your delivered supplies please inspect for damages. If your delivery was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately @crumbbites@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, contact information and photos of the interior and exterior packaging and damaged goods that cannot be used. Please allow for 24 hours to process the claim and between 2 – 4 days to reship your new items.
In Store Pick-Up Orders
Pick up orders will only be facilitated for same day orders. Please allow 1 hour processing time before picking up your order. Also note that Pick-up orders maybe suspended during peak times.
